Q: Are you trader or factory ?

A: We are both trader and factory. Moreover we have more than 10 cooperated factories can work for us. We have good experience for exporting shoes for more than 20 years.

Q:  What is your lead time for samples and mass production?

A: Usually for samples, we need 2-3 weeks while for mass production which will take 45-90 days after /confirm/iation. Delivery date depends on the quantities of your orders.

Q: What is your terms of payment?

A: We can accept Western Union , T/T , L/C and Alibaba trade assurance payment . But Alibaba assurance payment priority , it will protect your money and delivery time.

Q: What is your packaging?

A: One pairs by box or by polybag. 6/8/12/16 pairs per carton. Or according to customer’s requests.

Q: Can I ask for one sample before placing orders?

A: Yes. But usually you need to pay courier costs and samples charges.

Q: What is the costs for ordering new samples?

A: Usually it will cost USD250.00 for new style and USD50.00 per pairs for existing styles.

Q: Can I put my brand or logos on shoes?

A: Yes. You can put your brand or logos for the order reach 1200 pairs per style.

Q: Can you make samples according to my designs?

A: Yes. All designs are welcome. But please send designs with clear information.

Q: How do you ship samples and orders?

A: Usually we ship samples by DHL, UPS, FEDEX, TNT or EMS. For orders, we suggest to be shipped by air or by sea.
